We have shopped in plumbing stores in Portland, big box stores, and online. The shower head, arm, handheld, and valve that we purchased from the Bathroom Place is the answer. All metal (stainless and brass), well packaged, and 1/3 the price of the big name brands that were plastic under painted flashing. We needed a minor change to our order and it was done with professional courtesy and speed. What a find!
